LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF FISPM.org

The FISPM.org offers the Terms and Condition ("Terms") outlined herein as guides for FISPM members (“User(s)"] utilizing the FISPM.org Web site (“Site" and "the Site") . Please read all information carefully. By using this Website, Users agree to be bound by these Terms. If Users accept these Terms, they should periodically review these Terms as FISPM may revise them from time to time as may be necessary.
 
The initial term of FISPM membership is two (2) years ("Initial Term"). Membership periods begin the date of application approval and are active for two (2) year. A Php399.00 renewal fee is then due for two years in order to maintain membership. A dues statement will be sent two months (60 days) prior to your renewal date as a reminder.

Documents provided by the members are subject for verification. Any invalid or falsification of documents are ground for membership termination. NON- REFUNDABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE.

Member hereby authorizes FISPM to charge Member's credit card or debit Member's debit card account or any other mode of payment in the amount of the membership fees .

If elected to membership, to be governed by the Constitution and Bylaws of the Association as long as I continue to be a member. I furthermore agree to promote the objectives and welfare of the Organization in so far as it is my power.
